Your getaway, protected. Simple returns, exchanges, and shipping coverage.

For $5.98, Checkout+ gives you worry-free returns, exchanges, and shipping protection.

Orders placed without Checkout+ are subject to an $11 return fee, deducted from your refund.

What’s included with Checkout+:

Unlimited Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange any eligible (non-final sale) item with no return shipping or restocking fees.

Package Protection
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit, you’re covered. Just report the issue within 15 days of the delivery date and we’ll take care of it. Expedited shipping fees not covered if package is delivered.

Return Details
Requests received within 15 days of delivery are eligible for a refund and requests within 30 days of delivery are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange. International returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges
Exchanges must be for exact item value in a different size or color.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All returned items must be in original and unused condition with tags on. If terms are not met, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Returns

For international, APO, and FPO orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to accommodate exchanges on International Orders.
